Fantastic service & safe environment. Lola was well looked after, as if she were one of their own. We even had regular updates whilst staying in France…Can’t beat that!!!

We decided to go away for a short break at new year and contacted Jennie at short notice. Although she told us she was not at home when we phoned she came to see us as soon as she got back. Right away we felt reassured by her friendly and really professional approach in every way,that we had made the right choice. Bryn our Jack Russell took to her right away and we could see she had a great rapport and experience with dogs. We felt confident when we were away that he was in good hands and it was lovely that he was being cared for in his own home. She also sent us a text whilst we were away to tell us all was well which I though was very nice and reassuring. Since then during the last month Jennie and Iain have been a godsend for us taking Bryn for daily walks as we have been so busy with work. We can always tell by how happy he looks when he gets back that he has had a great time. We are really confident that we have found a reliable and professional dog sitting/walking service now with Amarok Canine Services.

“This was organised at very short notice and the service was exceptional. I used the pet service facility, as my cocker spaniel isn’t the most sociable with other dogs. Jen made time to fit in a meeting, check the requirements and then fitted in a schedule to suit me. I came back earlier than expected, and Buffy was out having her walk. She was really happy, she does tend to suffer from stress, and there was no evidence of this. I’ll definitely be back, it means I can enjoy time away without worrying about her and the text message puts your mind at ease….”

“I highly recommend the services of Amarok Canine Services. We asked Jennie to care for our three year old border collie for a week (on a pet-sitting basis) whilst we were away on holidays. We hadn’t left Chico before and were naturally anxious about doing so, especially as he can exhibit nervous aggression when encountering unfamiliar people on his own territory. Jennie, however, took time to get to know him prior to us going away and alleviated any worries we had about leaving him. Whilst on holiday Jennie kept us regularly informed and on our return we discovered that he has a new best friend!! We have since used Amarok on a weekly basis and find the service friendly, professional and flexible. Chico also responds approvingly with a wagging tail when we mention Jennie’s name, testament to his appreciation of the care that he receives! Thank you.”

“Merlin stayed in Alltwen for the week while we went abroad, and after my first visit to Amarok I had no hesitation about leaving him. He loved Jennie’s dogs and the atmosphere there was calm and friendly. He came back better trained than when we left him too! Jennie sent us photos of Merlin during his holiday and he was clearly part of the family. He was picked up and dropped off too, which saved us valuable time – great service all round and he’ll definitely be going back there again!”
